Atty. Shangrila Quezon
An attorney-at-law with 10 years of experience in the legal field that specializes in administrative, corporate, civil and labor laws. Shangrila is currently the Manager of the Legal Services Division of a government corporate body and formerly served as Personnel Supervisor of a private corporation. She also regularly conducts lectures for various public and private agencies/companies and academic institutions on Gender and Development, Labor Laws, Social Legislations and Special Laws. Shangrila graduated Cum Laude in Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of San Carlos and finished her Bachelor of Laws from the Lyceum of the Philippines University.
She is currently the Regional HR Manager for Asia of an International NGO. An HR practitioner for almost a decade with extensive experience in policy making, amendment and compliance, HR project management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, intellectual property, trade and industry, employees grievance, recruitment and training concerns. She has managed to decipher the complexities of human resource practice through her affiliation with different industries such as, merchandising companies, BPO, international NGOs and a USAID funded project. She took her Bachelor of Science in International/Global Studies at Miriam College, and finished her Bachelor of Laws at Arellano School of Law.

May has 16 years compounded industry practice in electrical and construction, feed importation and distribution, software development, information technology and business process outsourcing and 7 years of experience in the academe. She is a well-rounded accountant with updated knowledge of the government regulations, capable of producing systems using advanced MS Excel, Macros & MSQL, and had experienced the whole business life cycle from preparation of feasibility study, start-up of a company and worked & supervised a full force finance department. She is one of the few CPAs who is very passionate with teaching and is currently a professor at her Alma Mater - Philippine School of Business Administration, where she finished her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Masters in Business Administration.

She devoted almost her entire career life working in an auditing & accounting firm where she now serves as a well-rounded Audit Manager. Her almost 15 years of experience allowed her to handle variety of audit engagements, management advisory services, taxation and various government transactions for companies in different industries such as, multi-level marketing company, hospitals, banks & cooperatives, foundation, non-stock non-profit organization, associations and holding company. Mina’s diverse experience made her a good counsel for linkage of theoretical guidelines, rules & regulations to its practical applications. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Philippine School of Business Administration and had her Masters in Business Administration at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
