Suzette has more than a decade of experience on administration, logistics and procurement from different companies and organizations. She started in project-based organizations which led her to the opportunity to assume an Office Manager post in a USAID-funded project. Sharpened by the demands of project-based environment and the chance to be a major part of a start-up and close-out of a USAID project. Suzette was able to build flexible professional skills and a collection of valuable working knowledge of NGO industry. Suzette took her Masters in Business Administration at Philippine School of Business Administration.
Mellanie is a holder of Project Management Professional certification and a Certified Information System Auditor. She worked with top of the line companies in terms of project management, internal audit, project advisory and risk management. There was a point in her career that around a dozen of IT projects were simultaneously entrusted under her supervision and along with the management of multi-skilled professionals. Her experience in different roles in private companies as an IT Specialist & Project Manager and in International NGOs as Regional Project Lead & Global Assurance Auditor equipped her with formidable tangible & intangible skills and concrete understanding of the organizational structure, requirements & process flow. She is a graduate of Far Eastern University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Marilou Muega, CPA, MBA
A Certified Public Accountant with more than 13 years of experience working in different sectors of the economy namely, with a private contractor of a USAID project, International NGOs and a government agency. Marilou’s experience working in different capacities as a Regional Business Analyst, Regional Grants Analyst, Field Accountant & Grants Coordinator allowed her to intertwine the process flow among departments of organizations. Although, she has devoted meaningful years to general accounting, budgeting, involvement in audit process and implementation of internal controls, Marilou also ventured into project management which allowed her to be well-versed with grants cycle, because of experiences gained in international NGOs as part of a team of grants recipient and in a USAID funded project as part of a team who awards grants to local companies/NGO. She finished her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Masters in Business Administration at Philippine School of Business Administration.
